Small (children teen, petit/small women) - No twist tie for a better fit (safety reasons if worn by children) write a note if you would like to add it
Medium (medium/average women) - Include twist tie for a better fit around the nose
Large (large women and average men) -  Include twist tie for a better fit around the nose

MEASUREMENTS FOR EACH SIZE:
Measure face from ear to ear, under the nose.
Small: 8 1/2 inches
Medium: 10 inches
Large: 11 inches
